Stockholm aquatlon
A few weeks ago I participated in my first ever aquatlon, ie I swum 1km and ran 7 km. I've never been running straight after swimming before and I must admit it was tough. Obviously it was also super fun!
I was the First Lady out of the water swimming 1km (time 17.26min) which felt like a massive win as I couldn't even swim one lap in the pool two years ago. Unfortunately the Swedish chicks are good runners and I missed out on the podium despite running my 7km in 30.45 min. With transition time my total was 49.30 min which I am super happy with! Last year that would have been a clear win but as this type of sport is getting bigger the competition is getting tougher. That's good!
